Apply just one drop to each nail, and this innovative formula will dry the polish all the way from the top coat to the base coat. After just 5 minutes, the polish will be rock hard and smudge free. Not to be confused, this product does not simply leave a dry film over the polish. Instead, it uses a crystal silicone compound to act as a sponge, absorbing the solvents in the polish, which in effect dries the polish through completely, extending polish wear by 50% and adds to flexibility and shine. This product is toluene and formaldehyde free, also containing no DBP.
